Join ASTC Become part of ASTC's international network of science centers and museums by joining today. ASTC memberships are at the institutional level. Discounts on professional development opportunities, publications, and exhibition rentals, and access to timely information about the science center field, are among the many benefits of ASTC membership available to your institution and staff. ASTC Science Center and Museum Members include not only nonprofit science centers and museums, but also nature centers, aquariums, planetariums, zoos, botanical gardens, space theaters, and natural history and children's museums that share an interest in inquiry-based learning and participatory science education. ASTC Governing Members are Science Center and Museum Members that qualify to participate directly in the governance of ASTC. They may vote on matters brought to the membership and are eligible to serve on the Board of Directors. More ASTC Sustaining Members include companies that offer products and services to the science center community and nonprofit organizations that have an interest in science education.
