Enforcement of Accessible Parking is Handled in Various Ways

how to obtain proper identification. The example to the right informs someone that he or she has parked illegally in a space designated as accessible parking. Carolyn Rhoades, Senior Administrative Assistant, Kansas Department of Human Resources, says that while some of their cards are returned "with choice remarks written on them," they also receive inquiries about how to apply for an accessible parking plate or placard.
