The ASTC Annual Conference Exhibit Hall provides valuable opportunities for exhibitors to introduce their products and services to the science center field, while networking with more than 1,900 conference attendees. The 2008 ASTC Exhibit Hall is scheduled for October 18 and 19, 2008 in the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Exhibit Hall D.

How to Exhibit
1. Download the ASTC 2008 Exhibitor Prospectus to find rates, Exhibit Hall Terms and Conditions, important deadlines, and money-saving benefits.
2. Check out the Interactive Exhibit Hall Floor Plan to view available exhibit space. Exhibitor information is provided solely for the use by registered attendees of the meeting to enable registered attendees to search for products and services offered by exhibiting companies. Use of this information for solicitation purposes of any kind by anyone other than an attendee registered for the meeting is strictly prohibited.
3. Online Electronic Exhibit Hall Space Contract. Fill in the form, and submit to ASTC using the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page, or fill in the form, print it and fax to 202/783-7207, Attn: Dept. 41.

September 12, Exhibitor Staff Registration Form due-Registration is now closed. Exhibitors may register their booth staff on-site in the Pennsylvania Convention Center on Friday, October 17, 7:00am-5:00pm.
Exhibit Booth Package
The Exhibit Booth package includes a 10'x10' exhibit space, 8' high back-wall pipe and drape, 3' high side-rail pipe and drape, two (2) full complimentary conference registrations, and a & 7" x44" booth identification sign.
Aisle carpeting will be provided. Booth carpet, tables, chairs, wastebaskets, electricity, computer and A/V equipment, and other booth furnishings or services will be available for rent at the exhibitor’s expense.
