Full Conference Registration for the 2010 ASTC Annual Conference includes:
• All Sessions/Workshops (that do not require an additional fee)
• Two-day Exhibit Hall access
• Complimentary refreshment breaks in Exhibit Hall
• Saturday Meet and Greet Breakfast
• Bishop Museum Networking Party
• Networking receptions
Your conference badge must be displayed for admission.
All conference attendees, guests, guest speakers, session leaders, presenters, and exhibitors must register in order to participate in the ASTC Annual Conference.
Session leader/Presenters’ registration fees: Please note that all session leaders and presenters who are employed by an ASTC-member institution must register and pay the registration fee for the ASTC Annual Conference. For presenters not employed by a member institution, ASTC greatly appreciates your generous commitment to serve as a presenter for the Annual Conference. You will receive a complimentary pass for the session in which you are presenting. Please note that this will not allow access to other sessions, the Exhibit Hall, or any networking events. Discounted Full Conference Registration Fees for Non-Member Presenters are available. Please contact conference@astc.org for more information.
