Opportunity—Infy Maker Awards (Mar. 6 Deadline)

The Infy Maker Awards contest, now in its fourth year, is accepting applications through Tuesday, March 6.

Sponsored by the Infosys Foundation, the contest is open to U.S. nonprofits with a mission or operational focus on the education of children and/or teens.

Winning organizations will each receive a $10,000 grant, a maker-education professional development package, and travel support to attend Crossroads, the foundation’s annual computer science and maker education conference to be held this year in Scotts Valley, California (south of San Jose), from May 21 to 24.

The Infy Maker Awards are designed to help organizations kick-start, grow, or scale innovative approaches to maker education within communities throughout the United States.
