Join ASTC and the Exploratorium on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 from 2 p.m. ET/11 a.m. PT for an interactive webinar about Exhibit Designs For Girls’ Engagement (EDGE) project. This webinar will include a brief overview of the NSF-funded EDGE research study which identified the most important exhibit design attributes for engaging girls at STEM exhibits. Participants will watch a short video of an exhibit considering whether each of the nine design attributes is present or absent. Participants will also consider how these attributes might be applied to the exhibit and watch a video of a rapid prototyping session where colleagues from around the nation applied the attributes in real time. We’ll intersperse the session with plenty of time for questions and discussion. For more information, contact Ann Hernandez at email@example.com.
