ASTC Virtual 2021 Annual Conference

ASTC would like to thank every exhibitor that will be participating in the 2021 Virtual Exhibitor Showcase.  Your support of the conference and the broader ASTC community is vital to the success of ASTC and its members. 

Below are a few details to help you prepare for the conference.

Platform details

ASTC will be using Swapcard again for ASTC 2021, the same platform that was used for last year’s virtual conference. Swapcard has added some new features that will enhance your experience and improve the value of your interaction with conference participants.

You will receive access to the Exhibitor Portal a few days prior to the event, but we want to help you prepare to get the most out of the Virtual Exhibitor Showcase.

Tips for preparing your booth for the Virtual Exhibitor Showcase:

  • Complete your Exhibitor profile include logos, header image/video, contact information, social media, etc., all of which will be available in the Virtual Exhibitor Showcase
  • Add a video about your organization or a specific product to appear at the top of your virtual booth; create and upload the video to YouTube or Vimeo and you will include the link in your Exhibitor profile
  • Create and upload resources for participants, including PDF, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel documents for attendees to download
  • Add links to other websites or resources
  • Add images to your space 
  • Create/edit your individual attendee profile with photo, contact information, social media, etc. 

Logo: 400 x 200px (2:1 ratio)

Header Image: 1200 x 675px (16:9 ratio) no larger than 1MB

Header Video: Drop YouTube or Vimeo link into Swapcard

During the event:

  • In-booth text chat 
  • Take advantage of face-to-face video chat with attendees, including call appointments 
  • Export leads as an Excel file (chat, video, sends a meeting request, or those that accept your meeting request) 
  • Manage your team in the event
  • Edit your meeting requests from attendees and assign to the appropriate staff member

Real-time and post-event virtual booth analytics:

  • Number of booth views 
  • Number of contacts 
  • Number of confirmed meetings 
  • Lead capture
  • Each booth staff member can capture their own leads 
  • Tag products 
  • Add notes

Exhibitor Registration

As an exhibitor, your organization receives three complimentary exhibitor registrations for the individuals who will be staffing your virtual exhibit booth at the conference.  Those registrations can be redeemed using the unique promo code that will be emailed to you. 

To help prepare upcoming access to your virtual exhibit booth, we strongly encourage individuals to register using the promo code by September 17.
