The BID project focuses not only on ensuring mutual understanding and respect among partners but also on laying the groundwork for a strengthened partnering process that will sustain BI work over time. We operate on the premise that investing in partnership infrastructure up front will increase capacity to focus on other aspects of BI support, including efforts to bring in other community partners beyond the two partnering organizations and providing deeper professional learning opportunities for PIs.
