What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about doing what makes not only me feel good but provides that experience to our visitors and employees. My daily duties, though, are not limited to coaching and developing my team. I also take pride in my ability to leverage transparent and compassionate leadership for the sake of creating an equally open and welcoming workplace. In a world where many people are struggling to find inclusiveness and genuine kindness, I find myself wanting to be not only a leader but also a sounding board for my team at the science center.
