I work in the process of science popularization at Rajiv Gandhi Science Centre on the small island of Mauritius, with a population of only 1.2 million. It is really a pleasurable experience, and I am really enjoying it. During the first few years of the operation of the Rajiv Gandhi Science Centre, policy makers were most keen on targeting schoolchildren ages 14 to 16, but what is good is that we are now targeting kids ages 5 and up. The zeal and excitement in the faces of the young kids while interacting with science exhibits is simply great.
