With a responsive and updated curriculum, this 12-month fellowship program fosters forward-thinking mindsets, problem-solving skills, and self-awareness with the goal of supporting future leaders who embody inclusive, empathetic, and visionary leadership. This fellowship encourages the professional growth and advancement of science center and museum professionals in the United States and Canada from historically marginalized communities.
