ASTC 2026 Annual Conference
September 16–19, 2026
Phoenix, Arizona
Accessibility at ASTC 2026
ASTC is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible environment for all of our Annual Conference attendees. We believe everyone should be able to fully participate in the conference, and we’re committed to providing an accessible experience.
No one person or solution can address all accessibility needs. The expectation for everyone is to participate in the process of continuous improvement. As an ASTC attendee, a pragmatic place to start includes:
- Sharing your slides with ASTC in advance (see “Resources for Presenters ” section below for details) so participants can prepare in advance for sessions and follow along during them.
- Presenters should make use of the full range of audio-visual equipment provided during sessions for hearing and visual accessibility. Each session room will include: screen, projector, and wired microphones at the head table.
- All conference participants are encouraged to use the microphones provided to improve hearing and comprehension for everyone.
- Speaking up if you see an opportunity for something to be more accessible. Email sessions@astc.org with ideas or talk to an ASTC staff member on-site.

How to Request Accommodations
To ensure we can meet your accessibility needs, we encourage you to submit your requests as early as possible. You can do this by:
- Contacting us. Reach out to our conference team at sessions@astc.org.
- Indicating your needs during registration. There is a section in the registration form where you can specify any accommodations you may need, including any dietary needs.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement
Your feedback is crucial in helping us improve our accessibility efforts. After the conference, we will provide a survey to gather your thoughts on our accessibility support. We are always looking for ways to enhance our services and ensure that our conference is welcoming for all participants.
