Early Childhood Share-a-Thon

Date and Time: Sunday, September 7, 2025, 12:30-1:30 p.m.

Location: Overlook A, Level 2, Moscone Center

You really can’t get any more hands-on than early childhood! Way before children read or do homework they are mini-scientists, exploring and discovering, each in their own way. And in every setting where we teach, we adapt to their individual needs. The leaders of this session are experienced early childhood educators who will serve as facilitators, not presenters. We all know from personal experience that a family can only stay at a museum exhibit as long as the child in the stroller is engaged. For us, engagement means hands-on science, of course, but also includes storytelling, singing songs, sorting and counting. We hope to bring together early childhood educators from all over the world to share their favorite activities. Please come prepared to have fun. And… if you bring an activity, we will include it in a collection which we will then share with everyone who attends.
