We are excited to be bringing the ASTC 2026 Annual Conference to Phoenix, Arizona! This page covers registration rates, registration types, and other information you need to sign up for the conference.
See the table below for rates for full conference registration. Rates vary depending upon when you register and your organization’s ASTC membership status. Member rates apply to individuals currently affiliated with ASTC members that are in good standing. All rates are in USD.

ASTC membership is by organization. Member rates apply to individuals currently affiliated with an ASTC-member organization in good standing. To receive the member rate, you must register using the email address associated with your myASTC account — you do not need to log in to myASTC to complete registration. To verify your organization’s membership status or look up your associated email, visit myastc.astc.org. If you are not affiliated with a member organization, no myASTC account is needed.
We encourage you to register in advance for the best rates and to avoid lines and crowding on-site.
Full conference registration for the ASTC 2026 Annual Conference includes
- Access to all Keynote and Plenary sessions
- Access to all Concurrent, Lightning, Hands-on and Poster sessions
- Access to the Exhibit Hall during all open hours
- Access to networking and community experiences
- Access to all other conference events (except for specific Extended Sessions and Expeditions and special events with an additional fee or limited participation)
- Includes select meals, snacks, and receptions throughout the conference
ASTC is pleased to be able to provide financial support to assist those who would be unable to participate in the conference otherwise.
The 2026 Annual Conference Registration Scholarship is open August 6 – August 21.
Applications for the Todd Happer Memorial Scholarship and the Lee Kimche McGrath Worldwide Fellowship are now closed. Explore the different opportunities and criteria.
If you’re not able to attend the entire conference, single day registrations permit access to conference sessions, meals, and events for the selected day only. If you wish to attend more than one day, full conference registration is required. Preconference Intensives and event tickets are available for purchase outside of your paid single-day registration date.
Single Day Registration: $290
ASTC will again offer the opportunity for group registration, offering a discount for five or more full conference registrations from the same member organization. The more individuals from your organization, the more you will save.
Member organizations registering five or more individuals (including full-time and part-time staff members, interns, volunteers, and board members and trustees) at the Early Bird, Advance, or Regular full conference rates will receive an automatic 5% discount on the fifth and all subsequent full conference registrations.
Please note that registrations do not have to be completed at the same time in order to qualify for the group discount.
All exhibitors must register for the conference. Exhibiting organizations receive two (2) complimentary exhibitor registrations for each 10′ x 10′ exhibit booth purchased.
Additional exhibitor registrations will be available, only to individuals from exhibiting organizations intending to staff a booth during exhibit show hours, at the following rates:
Exhibitor Registration: $680
Full access to sessions, networking and community experiences, the Exhibit Hall during show hours, and all other conference events not requiring pre-registration or an additional fee.
Exhibit Hall Only Registration: $200
Restricted access to the Exhibit Hall during setup, teardown, and events during show hours.
Full-time students are welcome to register for the full conference at a discounted rate of $400. A valid student ID and/or proof of enrollment is required prior to registration.
ASTC greatly appreciates the time and commitment of all presenters. In order to ensure that all contributors are fully integrated into the conference and the larger ASTC community, we expect session leaders, presenters, poster leaders, facilitators, and others to register for the conference and to participate in as much of the conference as possible. Presenters register at the standard member or non-member rate based on their organization’s ASTC membership status.
If you are traveling from outside of the United States and require a visa, ASTC encourages you to begin the application process as soon as possible as it may take several months.
You may require an invitation letter to obtain a visa to attend the ASTC 2026 Annual Conference, which can be requested as part of completing your conference registration.
