ASTC 2022 Annual Conference

Registration Information

ASTC 2022 Annual Conference
September 12–15, 2022
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA

Registration for ASTC’s 2022 Annual Conference will open in June 2022.

As we return to an in-person format, please note that registration fees will need to cover the costs for meeting rooms, audiovisual, food and beverage, travel, and more that has not been as relevant for the virtual conferences we hosted in 2020 and 2021.

Your registration also enables ASTC to serve our community in other ways, including by advocating on behalf of our field, hosting ongoing conversations to connect with and learn from colleagues, offering professional development opportunities throughout the year, and more. We also invite you to consider adding a voluntary donation to your registration, which will help make the conference available to those less able to pay.

ASTC plans to offer an opportunity for one-day registration for those who are unable to participate in the full conference.

Discounted Group Registration

ASTC will again offer the opportunity for group registration, offering a discount for more than five people from the same member organization. The more individuals from your organization, the more you will save.

Student Registration

Full-time students are welcome to register for the full conference at a discounted rate of $335. A valid student ID and/or proof of enrollment is required prior to registration. Details to come.

Presenter Registration

ASTC greatly appreciates the time and commitment of all presenters. In order to ensure that all contributors are fully integrated into the conference and the larger ASTC community, we expect session leaders, presenters, poster leaders, facilitators, and others to register for the conference at the normal rate and to participate in as much of the conference as possible. In addition, presenters are responsible for any fees associated with the session/workshop in which they present.

Exhibitor Registration

All exhibit staff must submit an individual registration for the conference, whether as part of the complimentary registration that comes with the booth or an additional registration. Each 10′ x 10′ exhibit booth includes two complimentary, full-conference registrations, and additional registrations can be purchased separately.

Financial Support

ASTC endeavors to make the conference as accessible as possible, including to those with limited financial resources. Limited financial support may be available to assist those who would be unable to participate in the conference otherwise. Please contact us at to discuss how we can help facilitate your participation.

Virtual Conference Experience

In addition to the in-person conference in Pittsburgh, ASTC will be hosting a separate virtual event that will enable the broader community to come together for learning, conversation, and networking—including those who are not able to travel to Pittsburgh.

Stay tuned for additional information about this virtual experience to be held after the in-person conference.
