Join us for a conversation about the key findings of Assessing How Americans Want to Engage with Science, a year-long study examining Americans’ appetite for science, motivations for participating in science-related activities, and the barriers that stand in the way—especially among marginalized communities.

Assessing How Americans Want to Engage with Science is a collaboration among ScienceCounts, the Leaders in Science and Technology Engagement Networks (LISTEN) Network (housed at the Association of Science and Technology Centers), and LabX of the National Academy of Sciences. The project has been possible thanks to the financial support of the Rita Allen Foundation, The Kavli Foundation, the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, the Hellman Foundation, and the Burroughs Wellcome Fund.

The conversation will include questions from the audience. Closed captioning will be provided. This event will be recorded and available to view after the event.
