If you already have a myASTC profiles associated with your organization, that you will NOT need to access your myASTC profile in order to register. Your ASTC 2024 Annual Conference registration will NOT be in your myASTC account.

Full conference registration for the ASTC 2024 Annual Conference includes
Access to all Keynote and Plenary sessions
Access to all Concurrent, Lightning, and Poster sessions
Access to the Exhibit Hall during all open hours
Access to networking and community experiences
Access to all other conference events (except for specific Preconference and special events with an additional fee)
Includes select meals, snacks, and receptions throughout the conference
Single Day Registration: $275
Single day registrations permit access to conference sessions, meals, and events for the selected day only. If you would like to attend for more than one day, you will be charged for a full conference registration. Preconference ASTC Intensives and the parties are available for purchase outside of your paid single day registration date.
Student Registration: $385
Full-time students are welcome to register for the full conference at a discounted rate of $385. A valid student ID and/or proof of enrollment is required prior to registration.
Exhibitor Registration
All exhibitors must register for the conference. Exhibitors receive two complimentary full conference registrations for each 10′ x 10′ exhibit booth purchased.
Additional exhibitor registrations will be available at the following rates:
Exhibitor Registration: $650 Full conference access to sessions, workshops, and events without a listed fee, Exhibit Hall setup/tear-down and events within show hours.
Exhibit Staff Registration: $195 Restricted access to Exhibit Hall setup/tear-down and events within show hours.
Presenter Registration
ASTC greatly appreciates the time and commitment of all presenters. In order to ensure that all contributors are fully integrated into the conference and the larger ASTC community, we expect session leaders, presenters, poster leaders, facilitators, and others to register for the conference and to participate in as much of the conference as possible. Presenters are responsible for any fees associated with the session/workshop in which they present.
Media Registration
ASTC is pleased to welcome members of the media who will be gathering news and information to produce media coverage of the ASTC 2024 Annual Conference. This includes individuals formally affiliated with recognized media organizations, freelancers commissioned to cover the conference or with a history of similar coverage, and other members of the press.

Optional Events
In addition to the main conference registration, there will be additional optional events that will require additional registration and payment, including Preconference Intensives. Details will be part of the registration process.
Preconference Intensives
Full-day Preconference Intensives will be available at an additional registration rate of $180 per session (unless otherwise note)
Half-day Preconference Intensives will be available at an additional registration rate of $90 per session (unless otherwise noted)
Group Discount Registration
ASTC will again offer the opportunity for group registration, offering a discount for five or more full conference registrations from the same member organization. The more individuals from your organization, the more you will save.
Member institutions registering five or more individuals (full-time and part-time staff members, interns, volunteers, board, and trustee members) at the Early Bird, Advance, or Regular full conference rates will receive an automatic 5% discount on the fifth and all subsequent full conference registrations.
Please note that all registrations do not have to be completed at the same time in order to contribute to the group discount.
Scholarships
ASTC endeavors to make the conference as accessible as possible, including to those with limited financial resources. We will be offering several opportunities to receive financial support to participate in ASTC 2024, including the Todd Happer Memorial Scholarship and the Lee Kimche McGrath Worldwide Fellowship. Click below for more information about these and other opportunities for financial support. The scholarship and fellowship application window closed on April 26, 2024.
All cancellations must be made in writing to conference@astc.org. Cancelled registrations cannot be credited to a future conference. Cancellations received on or before August 13, 2024, are entitled to a full refund of registration and event fees. Cancellations received August 13–September 16, 2024, will be subject to a $200 cancellation processing fee. After September 16, 2024, no refunds will be granted for cancellations (includes preconference intensive and event fees).
Traveling from outside of the United States
If you are traveling from outside of the United States and require a visa, ASTC encourages you to begin the application process as soon as possible as it may take several months.
You can request a letter of invitation as part of the registration process.
