A unique aspect of the ASTC 2022 Annual Conference will be a community event that will engage hundreds of students from the Pittsburgh area. And we want our community to join in.
Members of the ASTC community are encouraged to apply to be a part of the Hands-on Science Showdown by bringing their best science demonstrations. Prizes will be awarded!

Call for Demonstrators Deadline: August 15, 2022
You’re invited to compete against top science educators from around the world in this first annual ASTC showcase of science demonstrations! Participants will present a 15-20 minute science demonstration at an ASTC community event with students on Wednesday, September 14.
Prizes include free registration to next year’s ASTC conference in Charlotte.
